This is no exaggeration. I saw this man walking down Haverford Ave. last night decked out from head to toe in trash bags. As I was driving, I didn’t have time to snap a picture, but his ensemble was so shocking and amazing, that I had to make a quick sketch when I got home while it was fresh in my mind.
I love it, and I love that you went the extra mile to go home and sketch it out, then take the time to send it to us! When I say LOLadelphia has awesome followers, I really mean it. Thank you for taking the time to contribute to LOLadelphia. Also, I wonder why he had garbage bags on his head!
HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA this guy is a bum that hangs out in west philly. I see him from time to time on lancaster ave. it was really cold that night, I guess he made himself a ghetto winter coat. I tried to get a picture but it was too dark out. the whole block was laughing at that ridiculous getup.
